Why is there a white silicone lock inside the kettle? The function of the silicone is to detect the water temperature. When the water boils, the silicone senses enough water vapor to trigger the switch to auto-shut off. It is made of food-grade silicone, so you can use it with peace of mind.

Why does the bottom rust? That would be due to food residue remaining in the kettle for a long time, which can corrode the interior and destroy the protective layer on the stainless steel surface, leading to rust. Please dry up and descale the kettle at least once a week.

Why does the kettle leak? This may be caused by overfilling the water. Please do not add water exceeding the "MAX LINE" marked on the interior.
